This appropriately-named class involves moderate-intensity exercises completed in timed intervals. Each week brings a completely NEW set of exercises, equipment and timed sequence. Balance your strength-training with a "next-level" cardio sess - 30 mins will FLY BY!!
Dirty 30 classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular health, VO2 max and cardiovascular endurance. Our experienced trainers will guide you through timed exercises using: rower, run/jogging, jump rope, skiierg, bodyweight movements, battle ropes and MORE....all while providing modifications and challenges to suit your fitness level. Time to SWEAT!!
