We’re excited to announce our 🌷 Spring Into Summer Challenge🌷, a 6-week fitness and nutrition reset designed to help you build awareness and control, commit to strength-building workouts and wellness tasks that level-up your current routine. 👊
What the challenge includes:
- A commitment to regular LIFT classes programmed to build strength & muscle
- "Secret" added group class - exclusive to challenge participants
- Weekly movement and recovery goals programmed by LIFT coaches
- Body-Fat caliper testing: pre-challenge and post-challenge
- A 6-week nutrition program focused on weekly education, tracking, hydration, protein and fiber goals
- Webinar with a trusted R.D., prepared to help our LIFT community with specific nutrition topics and questions.
