Dana Pena

Dana believes in exercise as an investment in future health. As a lifelong runner, she found lifting weights to be the antidote to the aches and pains that plague joints over time. She's been teaching experimental Biology at UMass-Lowell since completing her Biochemistry PhD in 2013. She brings a scientific approach to designing workouts that challenge the body but also enhance motility and flexibility.
